Updated Terms and Package Details from past years – Please Read Carefully!

Please read everything prior to booking as the package and terms have changed from past years.

RATE IS FOR WEEKDAY SESSIONS ONLY AND MUST BE USED BY JUNE 1ST, 2025! Newly booked sessions only. AGES 6 and up

Enjoy two fantastic options for one great price! Open to ages 6 and up, including adults!

Choose from TWO SESSION TYPES:

LA Outdoor Session (45 minutes) – Mid-Wilshire area in a public, urban setting. Perfect for natural light headshots and/or full-body modeling shots. View headshot examples from this location [HERE] and portfolio examples [HERE].
Santa Clarita Home Studio Session (60 minutes) – Ideal for actors seeking a variety of headshot looks. Please note: this location is limited to headshots only due to space constraints. See what to expect from this location: [HERE].

Both options include:

Unlimited looks, including changes in outfits and hairstyles within the session timeframe.
3 complimentary retouches.
Online proof gallery hosted for 2 months to share with agents. (Gallery can be extended for $50 per month.)

You can book appointments from December 1, 2024, to June 1, 2025. Weekend sessions are available with a $50 upcharge (payable on the day of your session).

TIP: Need sibling shots? Book two Black Friday sessions back-to-back and I’ll include some sibling shots! (Limited to two back-to-back sessions in Santa Clarita per day and three in LA Outdoors.)

This package does not include hair and makeup services, so please arrive camera-ready. For the best results, I highly recommend adding a hair and makeup artist (HMUA). Select this add-on when scheduling to allow 30 minutes for setup.

HMUA rates range from $135 to $200 per person, depending on age and gender. Payment is due directly to the artist.

Policies and Procedures

you agree to all of the policies/procedures listed below so please read carefully.

PAYMENT/TRANSFERRING SESSION:
Payment is non-refundable but transferable and covers the full cost of your session. If you cannot attend, you can sell your special and transfer it to someone else. Please transfer your session no later than 2 months before the expiration date to allow the new client ample time to schedule and complete their session. Send me the new client’s details to confirm they meet the age requirement of 6 years and older.

LOCATIONS/PACKAGE OPTIONS:
Choose between:

45-minute outdoor session in LA (ideal for full-body modeling or headshots)
60-minute indoor studio session in Santa Clarita (perfect for actors needing a variety of headshot looks, no full-body shots)

WEEKEND UPCHARGE:
Sessions can be booked on weekdays at no extra cost. Weekend sessions are subject to a $50 upcharge (due on the day of the session).

EXPIRATION DATE:
The special is available from December 1, 2024, to June 1, 2025. Any unclaimed sessions after June 1, 2025, will be forfeited.

ONE PERSON PER SESSION:
The package is for one person only. If you book multiple specials, you may use them back-to-back and include sibling shots (limited to 2 back-to-back sessions in Santa Clarita, 3 in LA Outdoors).

RESCHEDULING:
Sessions may be rescheduled with 72 hours’ notice. If rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a $150 fee will apply, regardless of the reason (including sickness).

WEATHER:
If rain or strong winds impact an outdoor session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

SICKNESS POLICY:
For health reasons, I do not work with sick clients. If anyone in your household shows signs of illness, you will be asked to reschedule, and a $150 fee will apply.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Arriving late will result in a shortened session. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and a $150 rescheduling fee will apply.

TIMELINE AND SESSION REVIEW:
Expect your gallery of proofs within 7-14 days. The gallery will be hosted for 60 days. If you need access after this, a $50 fee applies for re-opening the gallery.

COMPLIMENTARY RETOUCHES:
You will receive 3 complimentary retouches. These must be selected within one month of your session. After that, retouches are $15 per image.

RE-SHOOT & REFUND POLICY:
No refunds are provided. In case of technical issues on my end, I will offer a complimentary reshoot. However, there will be no reshoots due to client-related reasons (e.g., clothing choice, dissatisfaction with hair/makeup, facial expressions).

AGE AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is for individuals 6 years and older. Parents or guardians must be present for minors. The use of professional cameras or videography is strictly prohibited during the session. Feel free to take behind-the-scenes photos with your phone for social media.
